TPN, New Delhi: Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav strongly reacted to Telangana Minister Konda Surekha’s comments regarding the divorce of Naga Chaitanya and Samantha, as well as remarks involving Nagarjuna. He expressed his views on this matter through a post on the platform X (formerly Twitter). Vaishnav stated that the comments made by a woman minister in the Telangana Congress government against several prominent figures in the film industry were shocking. He called these remarks a reflection of the Congress party’s anti-women mentality.
He further added that such comments reveal how the Congress party is attempting to portray the entertainment industry, which is a source of pride for the nation, in a negative light. Vaishnav emphasized that there is no place for such criticism in society. He also criticized the Congress leadership, including Rahul Gandhi, for remaining silent on Konda Surekha’s comments, suggesting that their silence might imply support for her statements.
