TPN, Hyderabad: A large group of candidates awaiting the final results of the Group 4 examination staged a protest at Gandhi Bhavan in Telangana, expressing frustration over delays in job allocations. Despite completing the certificate verification process two months ago, the candidates claimed that no further steps have been taken, accusing the BRS government of negligence.
The protesters pointed out that it has been 460 days since the exam was conducted, and yet their job allocations remain pending. They questioned how the Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC) managed to complete the DSC recruitment in just 56 days, while the Group 4 process has been dragged on for over a year. Chief Minister Revanth Reddy recently assured the public that the government is speeding up the process. However, the candidates demanded concrete action, calling for the announcement of the final results by the Dasara festival. A large number of protestors were detained by the police during the demonstration, but their demands for a timely resolution remain strong.
