TPN , AMARAVATI : AP Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu responded to YSRCP leader Jagan Mohan Reddy’s comments regarding asset issues. He criticized Jagan for engaging in “petty politics,” questioning, “Should we not talk about you or Avinash? Is it acceptable to impose such conditions for your sister’s property?”
Chandrababu expressed disbelief that someone who indulges in such politics could be part of the political arena, saying, “I’m ashamed to be in a political fight with such a person.”
He accused Jagan of dragging family matters into court and lamented, “You pulled your mother into court… what do your family matters have to do with us?” He questioned the logic behind Jagan claiming they were the reason for his mother’s legal troubles.
Chandrababu remarked that Jagan seems to think he can display heroism in value-less politics and urged parents not to set such examples for their children. He stressed that society is moving forward, questioning why they should dwell on such individuals.
He concluded by saying that petty politics won’t feed anyone and that such actions are detrimental to society. He called for people to forget those who indulge in worthless politics.
Chandrababu also alleged that he was not allowed to move freely over the past five years, stating, “Now you feel free… did we stop you? Did you think I was incapable? Stopping you would be a matter of just a minute for me.”
