Special Trains for AP Passengers Returning from Sankranti Festival

In a welcome move for passengers returning to Hyderabad after celebrating Sankranti, South Central Railway has announced the operation of 8 special trains to ease travel.

These trains are scheduled to run from January 18 to 20 to ensure a smooth return journey for passengers.

According to a statement, the special trains will be as follows: On January 18, one train from Kakinada and two from Visakhapatnam will head towards the newly inaugurated Cherlapalli Railway Terminal. On January 19, two trains from Narsapur and Visakhapatnam will also travel to Cherlapalli. Additionally, two special trains will depart from Cherlapalli, one towards Visakhapatnam and the other towards Bhubaneswar. On January 20, another special train will leave Cherlapalli for Visakhapatnam.

This initiative by South Central Railway aims to accommodate the increased number of passengers during the festive season and ease their return journey.
