Hyderabad, Jan 5: Tollywood megastar Chiranjeevi delivered an inspiring and heartfelt speech at the American Progressive Telugu Association (APTA) Catalyst Global Business Conference-2025, held in Hyderabad. The event, designed to foster entrepreneurship and collaboration among the Telugu diaspora, drew dignitaries and business leaders from India and abroad.
Chiranjeevi lauded APTA's initiative, emphasizing its significance in connecting global leaders with Telugu entrepreneurs. "This program isn’t just about individual success; it is a collective effort that can uplift our region, state, and nation," he remarked.
Reflecting on his journey, Chiranjeevi underscored the power of positivity and perseverance. "Negativity can derail you. Focus on your goal like a blindfolded horse, trust yourself, and keep moving forward," he said. Sharing personal experiences, he recounted overcoming rejection and challenges in his career, crediting his success to resilience and the unwavering support of his fans.
In a heartfelt moment, Chiranjeevi spoke about his younger brother, Pawan Kalyan, and son, Ram Charan, highlighting their passion and dedication to their respective fields. "Pawan is not just my brother but a man of principles who dares to dream big and stand by his convictions, whether in films or politics. Charan, on the other hand, is a testament to the new generation’s hard work and global aspirations. Watching him evolve into a global star with films like RRR makes me proud as a father," he said, inspiring the young audience to strive for excellence.
The conference also featured speeches from notable figures, including Hyderabad HYDRAA Chief Ranganath and Andhra Pradesh Tourism, Culture, and Cinematography Minister Kandula Durgesh. Ranganath praised the entrepreneurial spirit of the Telugu diaspora, while Durgesh urged participants to explore Andhra Pradesh's untapped potential in the tourism sector, assuring government support for investors.
Chiranjeevi stressed the importance of humility and behavior over talent. "In the early days, talent alone wasn’t enough. How you treat people matters. The audience recognized me before the industry did, and for that, I am forever grateful," he said. He encouraged young entrepreneurs to learn from setbacks and turn challenges into opportunities.
The conference served as a vibrant platform for exchanging ideas, showcasing investment prospects, and fostering mentorship among entrepreneurs. The enthusiastic participation of global Telugu leaders highlighted the community’s commitment to growth and collaboration.
Chiranjeevi concluded by urging attendees to pursue their goals with courage and determination. "Success is not just about money but about growth and contribution to society," he said, leaving the audience deeply motivated.
