The excitement surrounding Ramayana, one of the most ambitious and highly anticipated films among movie lovers, has officially begun. Yesterday, Bengaluru witnessed a grand international trailer event for this epic cinematic project. The event was attended by Ranbir Kapoor, Rocking Star Yash, Ravi Dubey, Rakul Preet Singh, musical maestro A.R. Rahman, and several celebrities from the Mumbai and South Indian film industries.
However, all eyes were on Sai Pallavi, who plays Sita in the film. The actress captivated fans with her appearance in a specially designed pink silk saree that beautifully reflected traditional Indian aesthetics. Featuring silver-thread brocade work and a cutwork border, the saree was paired with a blouse featuring elbow-length sleeves. With minimal makeup, the natural beauty looked radiant and elegant. Simple earrings and rings added to her dignified appearance.
Taking the stage, Sai Pallavi charmed the audience by speaking in both English and Kannada, delighting her Kannada-speaking fans. She described the opportunity to portray Sita, a revered figure who holds a special place in the hearts of Indians, as a great blessing and an even greater responsibility.
Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, this ambitious project is being mounted on a grand scale, comparable to Baahubali. With the first part reportedly scheduled to arrive in theatres this Diwali, expectations are soaring that Ramayana could create a new box-office record.
